Project leadership and escalation management
Alexandros brings more than 15 years of experience from international industrial projects. He takes on tasks where decisions under pressure, difficult customer conversations, escalations or deputising in project management call for particular experience. His practice covers machine and plant engineering as well as international project work in Europe, the USA and China.
Project steering
Frances keeps an eye on implementation. She coordinates stakeholders, structures ongoing cooperation and makes sure that tasks, deadlines, decisions and agreements are handled in a traceable way. She is the responsible contact for operative project steering within the agreed assignment.
Our competence comes from real project responsibility. This includes leading complex industrial projects, the documented MODUL MT case study in the online magazine of IHK Chemnitz and talks at VDMA-ERFA and RKW Campus. These references relate to Alexandros’ personal professional experience.
