A small team. Clear responsibility.

We work with short paths and clear responsibilities. You speak directly with the people who look after your project and take responsibility for it.

Our strength lies not in the size of our team, but in the effect of our work.

A typical project course

Those who create clarity early stay on course. Those who act only in the escalation have to win back lost trust.

Phase 1 · Project development, schematicPhase 2 · Customer experience, derived from it, not measured

Clear project startSparringSparringWarning signs are ignoredEscalationProject stabilisation by us
Schematic illustration, not measured data. Two courses compared. Green: after a clear project start the project runs above plan, sags slowly and is lifted again by course corrections. Gold: warning signs are ignored, the project falls far below plan in the escalation and rises again with the stabilisation. In the second phase the same line is read as the customer’s expectation level: areas above it stand for positive, areas below it for negative experiences.

Trust is built over the entire course of a project.

The areas show how positive and negative project experiences add up over time. Early clarity and regular course corrections strengthen the customer relationship. Escalations, by contrast, can cost trust that has to be rebuilt later.

What does this mean for negotiating changes and additional costs?

A resilient customer relationship creates a better basis for negotiating necessary adjustments together.

An illustrative scenario, not a measurement of trust. If the gold curve returns above the line, the negative experience has not disappeared.

Project early-warning check

How is your project doing?

Tick the statements that apply to your project. The check rates warning signs and existing countermeasures separately. The evaluation runs in your browser.

Your assessment

The evaluation shows live how your selection plays out: the dial measures only the project strain, the green bar the existing countermeasures. Both are rated separately.

About the rating method

This short check is guided by findings from project management research, among others by PMI and APM. The weighting was developed as practical guidance and is not a scientifically validated diagnostic procedure.

It rates the state of the project, not the strain on individual people. Warning signs and countermeasures are added up separately (0 to 14 points each) and never offset against each other. Your selection leaves the browser only when you take it into the form yourself with “Request with this result”.

How we start working together

A confidential conversation is enough to get started. We clarify the project situation, define tasks and authority and agree on the right scope of support.

  1. 1

    Understand

Clarify the situation, the goal and what needs to be decided, together.

  2. 2

    Agree

Define tasks, roles, authority, scope and communication paths unambiguously.

  3. 3

    Deliver and hand over

Provide project steering or targeted support, review progress and hand over the agreed structures.

The sign

Protection, not attack

Helmet and spear are the attributes of Pallas Athena, goddess of wisdom and protector of cities. In our sign they stand for steadfastness: staying calm when others escalate, and holding a clear line towards all sides.

In Greek, Alexandros means “the protector”.
