Project start-up
So that your project starts in working order.
A good project start needs more than a schedule. We clarify goals, responsibilities, interfaces and decision paths before they turn into friction.
Request a conversationWhen we support you
- A new, important project is about to start.
- Several teams, partners, sites or departments have to work together.
- Goals, scope or responsibilities have not yet been clearly defined.
- Lessons from a difficult previous project are to be taken into account in the new start.
What we do in the project start-up
Together with those responsible, we create a solid picture of the starting point. This includes clarifying goals and expectations, assigning tasks and interfaces, a shared look at risks and comprehensible paths for decisions and escalations.
If needed, we prepare the project kick-off, moderate critical meetings and accompany the first implementation phase with a clearly agreed scope.
What you have at the end
- A clear target picture with a defined scope.
- Clarified responsibilities and interfaces.
- A prioritised overview of open risks and decisions, each with an owner.
- A shared start plan for deadlines, meetings and the next steps.
How we work
We review the available information, talk to the relevant stakeholders and bring open points into a form that can be decided. Alexandros supports structure, moderation and critical meetings; Frances organises the operative preparation and follow-up within the agreed mandate.
What it is not
The project start-up creates a sound foundation and accompanies the start for an agreed period. Ongoing operative project steering afterwards is part of the service “Acute support” and is commissioned separately if needed.
Customer voice
Translated from German
“I had the pleasure of working with Alexandros Tsionis during the pre-planning phase of a technical project. Mr Tsionis always supported me with advice and practical help. With his strategic, forward-looking way of working, he identified challenges early. A focus on solutions, determination and negotiating skill that fits the situation set Mr Tsionis apart. I look forward to working together again.”
